Excitement this morning at work...

Arrived this morning to find the entrance to our building guarded by the police. Out by the new subway line a gas line exploded, caved in an area above the new subway tunel and took out a water line and what not. They had it fixed pretty quickly, but the caved in area kept caving in...so they started pumping concrete into it....truckload after truckload. All the reporters wanted onto the roof from my vantage point and this is what we saw on the other side of the fence from our building.
